Hi,
I have a problem with HiveAPs 330, they are connected to HMOL, they are not able to get update or download the firmware from HMOL.
The command is abort as this screenshot:

Is that because the TCP port 22 not open?
Or what can I do about this?

Thanks

Hi Tung,

It seems like the firewall is blocking port 22. AP should be able to access port 22 to IP 54.66.246.94 (hm-aus-025.aerohive.com)

Yes, that what I'm thinking at.
For deploy aerohive wireless, what kind of request we should ask from server site to make sure that HiveAP communicate with HMOL?
Thanks

Hi Tung,

UDP port 12222 for capwap , TCP port 22 for config and firmware download.

AP will all attempt to connect using TCP port 80 for capwap if UDP port 12222 us blocked and use https (TCP port 443) for downloading  config and firmware.

Hi Tung,

1) If you are doing this via CLI use the command dns server

dns server <ip address>

2) If from HIveManager
