Hive VA from Mac OSX

i have created a hive VA on a windows machine before using vm player. i am now trying to do the same thing on a mac, however, vm player is not available on a Mac OSX. i have tried using virtualbox, but not had any joy. any suggestions please?

Yes try using VMware fusion for mac you will need to convert the ova fills to one that fusion can read .vm you can download the converter in VMware site.

One correction to the above post; VMware Fusion is able to read and import .OVA files, so no conversion is needed.

Hi Roy,

Unfortunately I am not aware of any free software that can import .OVA files directly, though for $50 to $100, VMware fusion is a very reasonably priced piece of software.
