I have inadvertently gone to clear all alarms and accidentally cleared all local users.
APs haven't been updated so How do I undo or recover the list of users and ppsks which are still sitting in the Ap config.

Is it worth me contacting support for a cloud database rollback or recovery, can they do this?

2nd Seems odd there was no safety switch "Are you sure you want to do this" or an undo option.

I realise I could should have a backup copy of the config but I am making PPSK updates and restarting APs more than once a day at present.

Couldn't the system have a save config to local file option as part of any pushed update process the way that watchguard firewalls do.

Hello Kevin,

Often when a HiveManager On-Line (HMOL) Virtual HiveManager (VHM) is upgraded, a snapshot remains that can be re-activated.  If a HMOL VHM snapshot has your PPSK keys captured, then it might be possible for you to recover the keys.  When was the last time your organization performed a VHM upgrade to a newer version of HiveManager?

Note:  VHM snapshots are taken as part of the upgrade process and theses snapshots are often deleted to remove clutter and save space.
