I work for a company who has switched us to the aerohive. For some reason, I am not able to function with this product. Are there certain routers that aerohive is incompatible with? They are suggesting it is my internet provider, how could that be a problem?
There are no such routers that I am aware of. It is all using standards based communication mechanisms.
Have you attempted to factory reset an affected AP? Have you checked that DHCP is issuing usable addresses to the APs. Have you checked the default gateway and DNS servers being assigned are accessible? Have you checked that traffic from an AP isn't being blocked by a firewall?
