Having multiple RADSEC Proxy servers

I am configuring access points to deploy in an enterprise environment. We are using PPSK for guest access. When I upload the total config the APs are getting configured as RADSEC Proxy servers. If I push the update from Monitor tab, they are getting the config but not acting as RADSEC proxy servers. I would like to know what is the best practice scenario for configuring RADSEC Proxy servers. Will it cause any issues if all APs act as proxy servers or Is it best practice to have only one or two of them?

The access points acting as RADSEC Proxy Servers are randomly selected. For now, Aerohive has no feature to select which access points are assigned this role.

I remember speaking to an Aerohive rep some time ago who said RadSec proxies are elected using an algorithm that takes various statistics/parameters into account. As already detailed there is no way to manually configure an AP to work as a proxy.
