Having issue with VLAN and getting DHCP Server Unreachable

HiveManager NG Build Version: 11.14.1.2
I have the APs setup on Mgt and Native VLAN to be the same VLAN 1.
I setup a network policy with a user profile of VLAN 172.
The clients connect but doesn't receive an IP address I get the error that "DHCP Server Unreachable".
I have a Firewall with routing setup.
We use to use this VLAN on Aruba but switched over to AeroHive so we know the VLAN configuration works on the switches.
I am new to NG and I can't seem to find my regular tools like VLAN Probe, Client Monitor etc?

Are you sure you have VLAN 172 tagged on all switch ports where APs are connected to? The Aruba system was probably bridged @Controller, Aerohive is bridged @AP.

You are not the only one who is waiting for the VLAN probe tool in NG :-)

So if it was bridged how would i have to configure my AP or Aps? I'm sure the 172 is tagged on the ports. Yes the Aruba had a controller.
Thanks.

It acquires a DHCP address from the data VLAN and is assigned VLAN 310 for the voice VLAN via option 191. However, when the phone then releases the data IP address there is no other communication between the phone and DHCP phone and the boot obviously fails.
