After upgrading one AP130 to 6.5r3, noticed that AP failed to reconnect to HM after rebooting.
Checking it over the console I was welcomed by the bellow message.
Starting kernel ...
Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel.
Mounting local file systems...
Error reading back registration number from DS28C22 device.
[security]: HW Authenticity Check Failed!!!
Hardware Authenticity Check Failed!!!
Hardware Authenticity Check Failed!!!
Entered the bootloader, did some diagnostics and noticed that TPM and hw_auth tests fail.
uboot> diag run tpm
vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv DIAG tpm       vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
step 1: tpm test init.
Using Bitbang mode.
send TPM cmd.
send TPM cmd - write addr failed.
send cmd to tpm failed
FAIL: gg_tpm_3204t_generic_send_cmd().
FAIL: tpm_test_init, AH_SEND_TPM_CMD.
tpm_test_init - init TPM chip.
Usage:
tpm_test_init
tpm init failed.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^  [[ FAILED ]]  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
uboot> diag run hw_auth
vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv DIAG hw_auth   vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
probe i2c bus for the chip and check the family code.
Using Bitbang mode.
Error reading back rom id from DS28C22 device.rc=1
FAILED: SHA-256 chip test.
hw_auth_test - test SHA-256 chip.
Usage:
hw_auth_test

From this point on, I'm stuck. Is there anything I can try?

Best regards,
Robert
