Guest Wireless SSID and Apple Devices

We are having an issue at a school where we have created 2 SSID's. 1 SSID is for internal use and works perfectly for all devices. The 2nd SSID has been configured using the default 'Guest Access'. All Windows and Android devices are connecting perfectly, but apple devices will not connect, they just keep coming back to the password screen... any help on this would be much appreciated.

Can you elaborate a bit more on "default Guest Access" by chance?  Open SSID?  PSK?  Captive Web Portal (CWP)?

Also, adding an Apple MAC address to the client monitor to capture what is happening when it is trying to join the WLAN could prove useful as well.

The SSID is a  Personal PSK2 connection

If set to “Internal Access” all devices seem to be able to connect.

Once the option is changed to “Guest Access” It appears to be Windows and Android devices only that connect correctly.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?
