Hi guys,
I'm creating a guest WLAN, the guest will use Private PSK, and one of staff will login to HMOL and get that password for guest.
What I have done it I create Guest SSID with Private PSK, Authentication with CWP: Use Policy acceptance and PSK User Group (1day).
I assign another user with permission: "User Manager Operator"
Here is the screenshot:

The only problem I have is that when User login to HMOL, she can't create any password for guest as screenshot below:

Is there anything I should check again?

Thanks

Have you assigned the SSID and PPSK group to the Operator Manager account?

I'm having issue in this space where by, assigning the operator to view limited PSK User Groups. However, when they log in they can see all available PSK User Groups.

I have posted my issue here

Check if the following is checked on user profile level: Allow user profiles to be managed with User Manager.

Perhaps you should check the email that you use for guest management. And it make take a while for the cloud controller update that information.

In that case, something wrong with your PPSK configuration.
Can you post screenshot of your PPSK and  profile user?

Can you post a screenshot of your local user group (i.e. the Private PSK definition) and the user profile it is assigned to?

To be able to assign a Private PSK to a user the following must have occurred:
  • A local user group must be created with the unique user attribute of x
  • A user profile must be created with the unique user attribute of x (matching the local user group)
  • A SSID that matches wireless clients to the local user group with the unique user attribute of x must be added to a network policy
  • The network policy must be assigned to an access point
  • The access point must have its configuration updated and activated
If this hasn't occurred then the User Manager Operator will not be able to assign Private PSKs to users.
