Guest network using NAT not working

We have a need for an additional guest network, accessible from only one of our APs (AP120).

Rather than setting up an additional VLAN across our switches, configuring the site router/firewall and DHCP relay, the easiest solution should be just to configure a VLAN, DHCP and NAT on the AP.

I've followed various guides:-

and basically anything else I can find.

DHCP and firewalling seem to work fine, NAT isn't working.

From the information I can find on this, the AP should NAT via it's management IP on mgt0, and I've confirmed that the AP has internet access by using SSH to connect to it.

Within the new guest network I can ping the DHCP server IP, but not the gateway (not sure if I should be able to).

I've setup the VLAN for use within the AP, configured the DHCP server with that VLAN and "NAT enabled", set a gateway IP, configured the AP firewall with the appropriate rules, assigned the DHCP Server/Relay to the AP but while the client device gets configuration from DHCP it cannot access the Internet.

I'd be grateful for any assistance anyone can offer, and if additional information would help just let me know.
