Good signal strength, no connectivity on single AP

This issue has occurred a couple of times in the past month. One of my 5 APs will be giving the users good signal strength, but little to no connectivity. If they roam to another AP, it operates as usual. After rebooting the problematic AP, everything is fine.

I've checked the connection at switch and it's negotiated to gigabit. Any other ideas what could be causing this issue?

Is it always the same device, or does the problem move among the 5 APs? If it's only and always one, is there anything unique about that AP's config or client load? What version of code, what model of AP?

The problem has occurred on two separate AP350s, running HiveOS 6.1r1.1247 with Hive Manager Express 6.1r1. The radio profiles are configured for band steering and air-time based client load balancing.

These are my busiest APs, serving about 30 clients at time.

Checking the event log for the most recent incident, I see several SLATrap notices, like the following: [wifi]: SLA: Not meet for 10:40:f3:ae:xxxx SLA bw 5000 Kbps, actual usage 164 Kbps action_taken log,.

I appreciate any insight you may have.

Joel,
The event log entry doesn't help, sorry. I suggest you contact our support organization for assistance in troubleshooting. At first glance this sounds like a stuck buffer issue in the AP. We've had a few reports of that in 6.1r1, usually associated with background processes (i.e. rogue detection and mitigation) also manipulating the radios. We are still trying to confirm or deny that theory and find the root cause of these types of complaints.
