Get Failed to grant access to the account when trying to add a new admin to HiveManager NG

When trying to add a new administrator I get "Failed to grant access to the account".  I have tried a couple of different email accounts and browsers, but it's the same result.  

I have done this before on a couple other hivemanager's, so I know it has worked in the past.  

Has anyone else had an issue with this?

Hello Ben,

It looks like this is a Connect NG account, which means we can only have one external admin and one internal admin at a time.

If this is the first external admin you are trying to add (or you deleted any other ones you've previously had), please make sure the email you are trying to use to make the new external admin has an NG account already associated with it. External admins are assumed to have their own NG instance and are getting outside access to your instance in addition to their own.

If this is not the case, they can simply go to cloud.aerohive.com, register for an NG account with that email, and once they've set up their own NG HiveManager, they can be added as an external admin to yours. They would then get to your HiveManager by logging in at cloud.aerohive.com to their own HiveManager, and then choosing to go to your instance rather than their own after the log in process.
