I have a Firewall rule for guest with these rules I can not see any web page.
DHCP has the AP.
this problem does not happen when I do not have NAT

Not really enough info here for me to make constructive suggestions, other than turning on logging to see what's going on, and if that doesn't help you then I suggest you contact your support representatives.

You are doing NAT from the Guest Network to the management network of your AP!
You are sure you can access websites from your management network?

yeah, I'm doing NAT. 
I have no restrictions Firewall.

When I add facebook blocking all HTTP traffic is blocked to any page.
this happens when I make NAT.

Hi,
This is a problem I have faced several times:
Currently Application firewall rules are not supported when using NAT, so we are limited to network ports. At least I have not found any other solution.
