Firewall droping UDP packets from AP's to 192.168.1.1 on port 3000

We have AP121 acces points and they are all most all sending packets to 192.168.1.1 UDP 3000.
Our firewall is dropping these packets. Where are the packets coming from because our network is 172.16.0.0/24.
Is there a default param not set ok in the hive manager for the AP's.

Hi Nick,

I have seen the thread and it is not the same problem because they are talking about AP trying to go outside there network. We have all the ap trying to contact 192.168.1.1.

Hi Maarten,

I was only suggesting that you read it for contextual information about what the port is used for.

192.168.1.1 is the IP address that Aerohive APs self-assign to, by default, in the case that they cannot complete DHCP.

Prima facie, I suspect that this is related somehow therefore.
