Hi there ,
by an error when logging in I have to register my email address on two different HiveManager. Now is the Test - AP - 230 only manage online , although I have the option to change my password , but I can ́t access the HM. I ́ve send an email to the support, but them was not answered. Are there other ways to reset the AP ?

Hi there,

Regarding the HM the account is your email address. I can only see one account with email address s******.brureiner@*****e in the system. Did you use this email address to login?

Is there any reason why do you want to reset the AP? If you login to the AP could you share show capwap client?

If you have a support contract with Aerohive you may login to www.aerohive.com and log the case.
