There is no full documentation that I am aware of. You have to draw inference from the MIBS themselves by looking through them in a text editor.

The MIB/trap support is also rather limited in HiveOS at present. It is definitely an area that I hope to see improvement on in the future.

By management platform, do you mean iMC?

Apolo,
As Nick correctly stated, there's no full documentation at this point in time. We did publish the MIBs themselves, which usually are sufficient for people to integrate with the management platform of their choice.

If you weren't aware, the MIBs are acessible from the HiveManager console under Home>Administration>Auxilliary Files.

Hello Mike,

Do you have any plan to document  about the MIBS definitions?

Asami,
Can you elaborate a bit, please? What in particular would you like to see documented?

Hello Mike,
Since the customer just replaced thier Aruba with Aerohive, they are asking a kind of the MIB document Aruba has provided. Please see the following URL:

Cheers,
Asami

Asami-san,
We do not have such a document at this time. I will talk to our Tech Pubs team about this, but it will NOT be something we can simply throw together overnight.

Asami-san,
I quickly scanned thru the Aruba document you referred to. Am I correct in assuming that the most valuable pieces are the specific OIDs for each MIB variable? Would it meet yours and your customer needs if we simply edited the MIB files themselves to include the OIDs as comments?

The customer told me that they would be happy if the MIB files include the comment.
Thank you for the time and effor.
