Hi, Team Hive 
I buy 5 AP 130 from supplier at Viet Nam
I can't add My Hive Cloud because Error Code 10 : Device already onboarded

Please , Team support me config with Error code 10

A device can only be added to a single HMOL or HMNG.  The error you are seeing is caused by your access points already being added to an HMOL or HMNG and you are trying to add it to a second.

I would go back to your reseller and get them to resolve the issue.  If you believed you were purchasing new AP130 access points you will want to discuss this as well.
