entitlement key expiring, keep view warning even if the new entitlement key is registered

My entitlement key is expiring in 17 days, and I already bought and registered in the myhive portal the new entitlement key. It's correctly registered in the license page. But every time i login i see a warning about the old entitlement key is expiring and a warning in top of the page of every page of the myhive portal, asking to contact the vendor. Is this normal?

I have this issue too... exactly the same.  I assume (I'm hoping) the new entitlement key will automatically take over on the day the old key expires?

Hello,

This is normal, you will get this message as long as the expiring key is still in the HiveManager. Once it expires, you won't get these messages any more. Even if you've already replaced the expiring key with a new permanent key, those messages will still show until the old key expires.

Hope this helps!

Just to keep you updated on this one...

Our new key did not kick-in, the day after the old one expired we lost control of our APs.  However, our support manager knew what the problem was and sent us a new key, which is now in place and (hopefully) working.
