entitlement key

we have a problem with our aerohive access point. The led on the device is red and I think that there is something wrong with them. I tried to access online at https://myhive.aerohive.com but I get back this window: The license has expired, you need to get a new entitlement key. How can we get a new entitlement key?

The red LED means the AP is disconnected from Aerohive. The current configuration doesn't change so you can still use your WiFi.

And you need to contact an Aerohive sales representative to buy a new entitlement key.

To get a permanent entitlement key you will need to contact our Sales team at 866.918.9918. If you need a temporary 30 day key to get you up and running while you work with sales on the permanent key, please open a case with Aerohive Technical Support at support.aerohive.com, and they can provide you with a temporary entitlement key.
