Email Authorization on Guest Network through CWP

Hello everybody. I'm pretty new to Aerohive and I've been struggling with the Captive WeB Portal.

So what we're trying to do at my company is create a seperate guest network which requires visitors to log in using their name and the email adress of the person they are visiting. The visitors should then be put on hold until the employee they are visiting receives an email containing the visitor's name and the employee can authorize them, giving the visitor wifi access.

I've set up some of this in a policy, but during tests the "visitor" gained access immediately without getting put on hold. Also, I didn't get an email to authorize him. Can anyone explain what I'm missing in my policy?

I believe you're looking for ID Manager (separate cost).

Hello,

****EDIT****
After updating our Hivemanager NG to the latest version, we are now able to create a guest SSiD with Employee approval, however.
We cannot connect to the network because appearantly we need the ID manager.
"Could not reach ID Manager product server."

Does anyone know if this is right? because i saw someone say that it was built into Hivemanager NG

********

The powerpoint you sent my colleague requires us to add accounts for everyone in our company if they want to allow guests.
We are looking for a more dynamic option, in which our guest registers through the CWP and the so called "sponsor" (or person he/she is visiting) gets a verification E-mail in which they have to allow network access to the guest.

Does anyone know if this feature is available in the latest version of Hivemanager NG?
