Don't get dashboard statistics from all access points

Hi all,

I just noticed that my HiveManager doesn't get the statistics of all our access points.
Only the stats of the AP's located in our HQ will be shown at the dashboard.

For example, if i click on the device tag of one of our subsidiaries I'll get the message:
"There is currently no data available for the specified time range or data filter." 

Currently we're using the on premises HiveManager version 6.5r1

Any Ideas?

First thing I would check is that the time is correct on the APs that are not reporting data.

That was exactly the problem ... forget to set the NTP settings inside the network policy.
