Does 6.2r1 include Framed-IPv6-Address attributes when accounting?

One of the new features in HiveOS 6.2r1 that caught my attention is:

Display Client IPv6 Addresses
introduces CLI commands that display MAC and IPv6 addresses of associated client devices.

Not mentioned in the release notes though is if the IPv6 support feature has also made it to the RADIUS Interim-Update Accounting-Request packets that HiveOS sends.

Ideally, HiveOS should be including a Framed-IPv6-Address attribute for each IPv6 address that a client has in such packets. It is defined in RFC 6911:

If not, can this be considered for a future release?

Due to a death in the family, I have not been able to test this myself yet.

I am very sorry to hear of the death in your family, my condolences.

The feature you are referring to was an enhancement to our existing Client Monitor functionality to glean Router Advertisements from the same VLAN the monitored client was placed into, to assist in troubleshooting. HiveOS in this release still does not have an IPv6 protocol stack, so it does not participate in IPv6 networking and cannot parse v6 frames.

did not have RADIUS accounting support in my IPv6 plans, but will add that.
