Since a week now, one of my AP120 devices is disconnected. Rebooting, uploading config keeps AP in a staged status because "device needs te be connected first". How do I resolve this?

Reset the AP to factory defaults.

Ensure that DHCP is issuing the AP its correct, intended IP address and that the default gateway and intended DNS servers are being sent via DHCP too, and that these are usable.

Ensure that there is no firewall in the way interfering with the APs traffic.

I had an issue with my AP120s after having my HMOL upgraded. The Aps did not update and continued to point to our old HMOL. Log in to the AP and make sure it is pointing the right HiveManager.

Did you look further in to why the APs did not update in your environment? They should have done so and it sounds a pain to have gone through them manually!

I did not look into it any further. It happened on the two Ap120s we have and on a few AP121's that were offline during the upgrade. It occured durning our upgrade to  6.1r6a. I have not seen it since but if it occurs again I will start a support case. Thanks,
Ron
