CWP has stopped working after the upgrade to 6.0r2
The registration type used is 'Use Policy Acceptance', and other that a custom logo, it is left default.
Were can I start to troubleshoot? I've already used the option to delete the CWP files and pushed the config again to no avail

I've noticed that CWP starts working again when changing the "DHCP and DNS Settings" in the "Optional Advanced Configuration" of the Captive Web Portals configuration page

from
> Use external DHCP and DNS servers on the network
to
> Use internal DHCP and DNS servers on the Aerohive device

No idea why I can't use the original configuration, nothing changed at the network level.

Do you have a firewall policy in place that affects the users of this network? If so, what is the policy?

Yes, there is a firewall policy in place but it hasn't changed

When removing the firewall policy from the user profile the original CWP configuration works. What rule would we need to add?

It looks like this is an issue with 6.0r2 that has been resolved in 6.0r2a. 6.0r2a should be available for download for customers with on-premise management. HiveManager Online customers should be able get the new version in a few days.

I am running 6.1r1 and and the captive web portal is not working on this either.

The client doesnt seem to be getting a DHCP address and I do not have the DHCP options page available in the CWP configuration page?

Any ideas on this one, I have spent a lot of time trying to get this working!!!

Yes, mine was working for a little while then just suddenly stopped working with no changes to the config. The only thing I was doing was adding more AP's. Maybe it became overwhelmed with requests as I expanded the APs?
