Michael, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem with firefox. I believe the best approach here is to call Aerohive Support and open a case. If there is indeed a problem or defect with the product, this allows that process to kick off internally here at Aerohive, and enables us to, as quickly as we can, address the fix.
