BR100s to CVG we have around 20 Routers to 1 CVG  in a Data Center ( randomly the tunnel will go down at the site I am at ) I notice it, PINGS down the tunnel fail.  Reboot the CVG everything starts to work.  Called users at the other sites during this, they report the same.
ISP does not go down at the DC ---- Randomly this will happen once every two days, luckily I notice and reboot the CVG before anyother site reports it....

Any Ideas?

If you are rebooting the CVG then you are losing any forensic evidence in it's logs. Have you looked at the logs on the BR100s to see if there are any indications of what failed?

Getting the tunnel up may be important at that time, but grabbing the logs as it happens would help immensely

I understand the logs are needed. Sometimes its hard to grab the logs due to the calls flooding in that our tunnel is hosed.  When it happens again I will gather the logs.

Thanks Guys!
