Custom Application Definition - IP Range?

I'd like to monitor usage for a VOIP solution we use. The vendor gave me 3 IP ranges they use, but if I enter the ranges as a "Server IP Address" it complains that I entered an invalid format.

What's the best way to enter a range of IP's so I can monitor traffic? I've got it in the format x.x.x.x/22 from the vendor.

Thanks.

most of the time when it refers to server it is looking for a single ip address, is there a network selection ? under networks is the only place you can do x.x.x.x/22

Only options are Server IP, Host Name, or Port. :(

did vendor provide a list of ports used ? if they are unique ports, maybe you could do it by port number

Just asked, going to pursue that route. Being able to enter a range would be nice, so many things we use send us ranges right from the start.

Thanks.
