Create a single Guest SSID with or without retaining same IP address

I am new to Aerohive and would like to understand if the following is possible and/or what is the best solution available.
We have a large campus with various buildings and would like users to roam seamlessly between buildings:
1. Do we require a Super VLAN to achieve this and for clients to retain the same IP address regardless where they roam, or
2. Can each site issue a new IP address WITHOUT deauthenticating the client? The aim is to provide a seamless solution for Guests/Students and roam around without having to authenticate every time they enter a new area/building

You do not need a single VLAN to span all access points, we support both L2 and L3 roaming. Have all access points advertise the same SSID. In an L2 roaming situation the client will associate to the new AP but because the subnet hasn't changed, the client will be able to continue using their original IP address. In an L3 roaming situation the client will associate to the new AP, which will automagically establish a tunnel back to the least-loaded AP within originating zone, allowing the client to retain the original IP and to continue established sessions.
