Could't enable the Client Management

Dear Team
My Customer counln't enable the Client Management and has the message below:

Could not enable the Client Management Service. Client Management require an Aerohive MyHive Portal Account. Please retrieve your Customer ID from the Home > Administrators > HiveManager Services page first.

Below is some informations about my customer:

Customer 1068192 SDI Vietnam Company Ltd.
Sales Order number is 80789
PO number is PO#A20141014DSDI
Entitlement Key is jU1sQ-bkJ9R-VxNS1-KQ5EW-Mca8z-lM7wf
Number of HiveAPs Licensed: 4
Support Terms: 13 months

Is the Custommer ID: 1068192 is right for this case? If yes, Please help them reset they account to enable the Client Management feature.
