Connected Clients not showing up in Monitor

I have a new network policy that I'm running on two APs. It is configured to not broadcast the SSID and also ignore broadcast probe requests. It uses WPA2 Personal. 
I have a client connected, yet when I look at the Monitor page on HM Online, the AP shows zero clients connected.  What's up?

When you select one AP and run Utilities / Client Information, does that change anything?

And did you change anything to your SNMP profile? Make sure you have "send traps via CAPWAP" enabled. That worked for me.

As workaround you can also enforce periodic polling of client db information from the APs (default is every 60 minutes). Go to Monitor / Clients, click on settings, and enable "Enable periodic updates of the client database". Choose an interval of 10 minutes and see if that helps.

You can go to Monitor / Clients, select all Clients and do Refresh Clients, after you get an error, normally all Clients will be refreshed immediately and you should able to see the clients connected on that AP.
