This is a brand new Connect account with 12 x AP122.

When logging in, we get the following message under Monitor:

Is this a display bug? Because there is no limitation of number of devices with CONNECT, right?

I would suspect the Entitlement Key was for 10 devices based not that screenshot. I would open a support ticket to verify that the Entitlement Key is properly provisioned.

This is CONNECT. There is no Entitlement key.

Good point, let me dig into this to see what is going on, but to be clear there is no limit on the # of devices for Connect.

I should mention that all 12 APs are online and managable. We only see this message right after logging in.

Thanks, does the message disappear as you move through the management console or is always there when you to Monitor view?

Can you provide a screenshot of the "Account-Details->Administration->License Management"?

Yes, it does disappear. It is only visible directly after login, and if I navigate to another tab and come back to Monitor, it's gone.

Here is the screenshot. It's basically empty / white.

For me it looks like a display bug. Might be already fixed in the upcoming release?

Ok thanks for the information, that is what I expected in the License. Please do report back if you see it after the next update. And I will dig deeper.

Carsten,

Just to close the loop, we have identified a bug with the UI and it will not be fixed in May release but a later release. Thanks for reporting it.

Ok, thanks Jonathan for clarifying this!
