I'm attempting to configure a HiveAP 20 ag Access Point via the CLI, but I'm not seeing a way to configure it as a DHCP Relay. Is this functionality only available when the AP is being managed by a HiveManager?

All of the functionality that the APs offer for a particular release is available via the CLI.

Which version of the software are you using? The HiveAP 20s are very much defunct now, the last software release for them was 3.4r4 from back in 2010.
