Today updated the controller en AP's to 6.1r3 from 6.1.r2. During the update something went wrong and to resolve this i needed to reboot the AP. The message was, that there wasnt sufficient memory on th AP to upload and upate the firmware. But now the AP cant be reached, how to troubleshoot and resolve this. Disconnect power first or should i wait?

My suggestion would be to SSH on to the APs and reboot them there from the CLI if you can. If they are not responsive to that, power cycle them manually.

You should then be able to update the AP via HiveManager.

Was that directly, without touching HiveManager? I'm assuming you tried to ping and it timed out?

Hi Bayram,

What model of AP are these? If you have the option to use a console, please watch the boot process to make sure that the AP comes up okay.

Kind Regards,
Gary Smith

So 2 APs update succeeded and 2 not. I fixed by resetting and configuring the failed devices. I let the rest of the configuration do by the controller in the cloud :).
