How do I activate the Social Login?

My question contains two parts. I would like to activate the Social Login for our customers. It however tells me that I need to activate Client Management Settings to do so. I have read here that I need to open a support ticket to activate this (we have an on-premise HM).

Now, I tried to open up a support ticket, but somehow I am not able to. I was able to do this in the past. Can anybody shed a light?

hi Hans! I think there might be a miscommunication here. You do not need to enable Client Management to use Social Login. You do, however, need to make sure you have a valid Aerohive customer ID, which depending on how you acquired your on-prem HM (especially if it's a VM) can mean you'll need to open a support ticket. Did you try contacting your local VAD to open a case? Once your HM is attached to a valid customer ID, you can use any of our applications :-)
