Client Classification not working

Having an issue with client classification and after reading some threads and confirming settings I still do not see any difference.  Basically have a simple setup as below.  I however do not see any of the iPhone or Apple iOS devices being redirected to the user profile with the guest SSID and VLAN.

Also is there a way to find out "gui/cli" that will tell me if a client has been redirected?

Thanks.

Did you enable Client classification in the network policy, for user profiles?

Best way to see the result is Monitor / Clients, and check the columns for Attribute ID and VLAN. If a different user profile was assigned, you see the different attribute id respectively.

Thank you for your reply, so the check box option showing up in your screen shot is actually in my screen shot right above where I added the OS Objects.

Should have mentioned I am running, Enterprise   6.8r7a.

Also based on one of your other posts I tried to create another OS Object

https://community.aerohive.com/aerohive/topics/assign-vlan-id-based-on-client-type

Apple iOS but the object group won't let me add space in there (not sure if that matters or not).  But any ways I added that as shown in my screenshot and no difference.

Thank you.

To be clear: These are 2 different checkboxes: One where you select the user profile (my screenshot), and one where you actually define the classifications, inside the user profile (your screenshot).

Looks like that was it, I was missing the first check box.  Applied it, I am pretty certain it is working but will know more tomorrow once more clients connect.  Thank you for your help.

Great, happy to hear it's working now!
