Channel utilization

First post here.  I am (hopefully) including an extract from Dashboard on this issue showing channel utilization (CU) on the 2.4Ghz radio depicting not insignificant CU but no clients using 2.4Ghz and no recorded airtime during the set window.  The Dashboard export here shows a single AP in a school classroom.  This is not an isolated case - I frequently see such CU on other APs - with no attendant clients, usually in the hour before school starts.  Do I presume that all the utilization shown is from non-wifi devices?
Thank you!!

Update.  Here's another AP this morning.  No one in the Music room, but CU shows 42% utilization.

Have you made sure to check the power levels on the access points? One not-uncommon mistake is to turn them all up to maximum power, and then physically place them so close to each other that their "cells" of coverage (wrong term, but I hope you can infer my meaning) interfere with each other. This is usually most apparent in the 2.4GHz band.

Rx utilisation is high, this means that the channel in the area is busy. It can be from neighbouring APs and clients on the same channel. I would investigate the APs' Tx Power and data rate settings. It is also good to perform a passive site survey and obtain the heatmap so you can identify if you have co-channel interference issue.

You can also perform a "show acsp neighbor" from the cli to determine nearby (Aerohive) APs, their RSSI and channels. If you have your maps setup, you can also right click on an AP to see similar information.
