Captive Web Portal Not Correct

Having issues getting the Guest CWP Acceptable Use Policy http page to reset and work correctly. Cannot see the option to Agree or the verbage inside the policy window. You can click on Submit and get access, but the site isn't appearing properly.
I have removed them and uploaded them again.
Anyone have suggestions?

Roy, you can get immediate support from our Support department - they're going to ask you things like, what does it mean, the site isn't appearing properly - are you not seeing the AUP page at all? Is the AUP page not correctly displayed/formatted? Are you uploading your own files? etc

I have talked with support and we have fixed the issue.
I ended up creating our own HTML files for the portal and associating it with a new Guest use policy.
