captive web portal doesn't show up

Hi,

I use AP230, switch Juniper and HiveManager 6.8r2 and I don't upgrade yet the HiveOS 6.4r1g on the AP.

I have a Guest SSID with a radius server and it's own VLAN and PPSK with WPA2 Enterprise, and I have a subnetwork of the Guest SSID which is an open SSID only for the captive web portal (type:User Policy Acceptance) but when I try to connect to the subnetwork to have the CWP my laptop is connected but is in state "limited acess" and when I open a browser, and enter an URL the web page says "The page cannot be displayed" and nothing happend after that.

I thought it was a problem with the DHCP , DNS or the IP Policy . or the firewall that block the redirection

In my configuration for the Guest network, I have to be connected before on the subnetwork to have the private PSK and then connect to the "real" Guest SSID

Excuse my english

Kind regards

What are you using for DHCP? Have you run a Client Monitor? Do you have any firewall policies up?

I use a external DHCP and yes I have a Client Monitor and when I connect client to an AP I can see it in the monitor tab.

What things can block the cwp in the IP Policy?
