Cap on client data retained for reporting?

We have HMOL v 6.1r3. From the Reports tab (not the dashboard!) I would like to be able to generate and download an Additional Report > Clients report for the last month or two months as indicated in the options for the report. But the most I seem able to see is a couple days (~6,800 rows). Is there a cap on the amount of data stored for this report? We have deployed 9 of what will eventually be 20-30 APs. I'm thinking I won't be able to even get a days worth of data?

Yes, HMOL caps the data for reports and dashboard.

Yes, even the one-week reporting options cap out at about 12 hours of data

Just running into this - we only have five AP's, but I can only go back about 54 hours, which means on Monday I can't see who everyone who connected over the weekend, data starts at 2 am Saturday. (HMOL 6.4r1) -- add to that that some clients which show up on the onscreen report page are not in the exported CSV at all. Is this all we can expect of HMOL? Why even give the "3 day" and higher options if this little amount of historical traffic overloads and gets dropped? A little disillusioned here... sorry.

I'm having the same issue with an On-Premise version of HiveManager. Our report settings are set fairly high i.e. to retain at least a couple of months worth of data. However I'm only getting approximately 1-2 weeks worth.
