Can't remote into wireless clients

When I try to remote into Windows 7 wireless clients, they seem to lose their wireless connection. The only way I have been able to stop this has been to set the wireless properties on the client, Windows WiFi management, to cache the user credentials, which will not work as well when the user updates their password in the future.
I have been able to make certain SSIDs work by turning off the user restriction on the RADIUS server and on the client turning off Fast User Switching and unchecking Validate Server Cert under PEAP settings.

I suspect this is somehow related to the tool you are using to connect to those clients. What tool are you using? Do you get similar results performing a simple SSH or Telnet to those clients?

They are just using Remote Desktop to get to Windows 7 64 bit laptops. We have had some issues with DNS keeping up when people are docking and undocking all day, so we have recently asked them to unplug the network cable from their docks. Now when they connect to their laptop from a conference room, their wireless connection drops until you log back in on the laptop directly. When you are on the laptop directly, there are no issues with the wireless network.

Thanks!
