can't reconnect to hive manager, need to update firmware

Our AP300 was down for some thine due to construction but it's up and running again. It
s running 5.0r3 and I need to upgrade it. whn I try I get this message: This dust ID does not exist in my hive

You can upgrade the HiveOS (firmware) on an access point without utilising the management server, whether an on-premise HiveManager or the HiveManager Online (HMOL).  Just open a web browser and access https://[IP address of the access point].

Once you have logged in (use the HiveManager administrator credentials and for an HMOL account use admin/HMOL administrator password) click on the "Upgrade HiveOS Software" link and you can then update a HiveOS image from a local hard drive.
