Can't receive email on iPhones on guest or internal wireless network. If you shut wireless off and use 3G network the mail downloads fine.

Which email provider are you using? Sounds like some component in your network are blocking the relevant ports.

Also, is it possible for you to connect to either of your networks by cable? If yes, can you access your email then, or is it also blocked?

If blocked: The error is somewhere upstream in your infrastructure. Check your Firewall, internal routers (ACLs?) and switches (policies?).

If not: Check your wireless config, especially the user profiles. Did you enable any firewall rules?

Yes, I'd confirm imap and smtp aren't being blocked in user profile > firewall rules of the policy

I would also look at your DNS servers.  It is possible that the mail host is being resolved incorrectly for use on the wireless LAN versus the public internet.
