can't login to CLI from HMOL

Hi all,
we can’t access the SSH Client from HiveManager online. we provided the required logins (admin, password appears in home) but still can't access.
Error message:
“Cannot set up an SSH connection between the device and HiveManager because the connection was refused.”

Have you tried default credentials "admin/aerohive" ?

yes and still can't login. Can i access CLI locally (from web interface) by connecting AP device to my local server?

If you know the IP address of the AP you could try a local SSH or a Web Browse to the AP. You can check the credentials from there.
