If you have used the password reset option and you are still unable to log in then your only next step will be to contact support. It won't be a licencing issue because even when your licence expires you should still be able to login.
Support can do a lookup on our database and see if your account has been locked out for any reason and if the registered email address to your VHM has changed etc.
