I am using the free version of HM NG for our small business. I have 10 AP 340s and cant seem to get any of them to connect to our HM. I have manually added the serial numbers and have reset the APs to factory with no luck. Is there a URL I can put into the APs for them to seek out the HM? If so, where do I enter the URL?

Mike,

The AP340 is somewhat aged.  Do you know what version of HiveOS ("show version" will tell you) is on them?  There are some requirement limitations that HM NG can support.  http://docs.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/ng/Content/learning-whats-new.htm

6.5r3 looks to be the oldest code supported.  There's a chance you'll need to update them first.

Otherwise, while logged into your HM NG instance, I believe you can go up to the top right under the little person icon and hit "About Hivemanager", you will see some specific servers you (capwap master host).

In the CLI of the AP, you can do a "capwap client server name <insert your capwap master host here>"

That should point them up to where they need to be.

Otherwise, what is the output of a "show capwap client" command?
