operating 9 AP230 in a small high school, broadcasting two ssid's (one for staff and one for student/guests). Security is WPA/WPA2 PSK. We are experiencing significant problems connecting a variety of devices (Windows 7 and 8, Macs, chromebooks, phones, tablets) to the wireless network (predominately for the student ssid, but occasionally on both). Some devices connect intermittently and some have never connected. Any suggestions?

Hi Peter

We recentley had the same problem with the AP230 and a simple WPA/WPA2 security. The issue was caused by the setting to convert multicast to unicast traffic, after disabling this everything worked fine (beats me why). You can find the setting at SSID -> Advanced -> IP Multicast.
