Assuming I am connecting my AP141 to a standalone system which is not in a network. And I connect eth0 port to a network from where I get the IP address using DHCP. Now can I assign this address to mgt0 interface also? So that I can use mgt0 interface in my C++ Program to connect to the AP and change the settings.

When operating as an Access Point, not as a router, the device will only get or need one IP address, for management. The ethernet and wireless interfaces do not need IP addresses, because an AP is, at the end of the day, just a media-converting bridge.

So the answer is yes.
