Currently emails look like this, but do not include the SSID. Users will need SSID in the email.

How to connect to the wireless network:

1. Make sure that your computer is set to receive its network settings dynamically through DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol). This is the default setting for most computers.
2. Open the wireless network client on your computer and select the appropriate wireless network name, or SSID (service set identifier). If you do not know which SSID to use, please contact the network manager.
3. When prompted to enter a network key, type the PSK (preshared key) listed below.

User Name jff
PSK dinwitty&7

I setup a user manager admin account named cswann@apa.org.   We can use this account to create new permanent PSK for users, but when we email the user the email does not include the SSID.  Can I customize or create a template for permanent user account email format?

I found this is help, but do not see where these templates apply when creating permanent accounts.

Account TemplatesNavigation

The account templates determine what appears when a User Manager administrator or operator prints out or emails user account information. You can use either of the two default account templates—one-account-per-page_label and one-account-per-page_regular—or create your own.

Taco,
User Manager predates me at Aerohive and I don't use it so I had to go poke around and ask some old timers. Apparently the customizable templates are only for use with temporary guest accounts, not permanent accounts. I was told that the assumption was permanent account users will know via other means what SSID to use. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
