Yes you can. The accuracy will depend on the number of beacons used. Remember that beacons are more about proximity as opposed to true blue dot positioning. #iBeaconWebinar.

To use iBeacons as an indoor GPS, you need a lot of iBeacons, and you need a service that translates iBeacon proximity readings into a coordinate system.  It's a much harder problem than it seems at first, and there's a good opportunity to make a product that automates extracting a location from iBeacon proximity data.
