can not register for support portal account

Hi
we purchased Hivemanager NG on premise.
I tried to create a support portal account to download updates but each time after i entered my customer details and the Sales Order Number, nothing happens and the registration email does not appear.
The partner where i purchased the NG told me there is no chance to get an account if you are not a reseller?
So how do i get the downloads i have paid for? 

Any hints?

You are entitled to software download access and access to Aerohive documentation. I have enabled the access for your email address. Please confirm you have the credentials.
